Changelog

Notification centre

New

The Notification Centre, now accessible from the bell icon in the left-hand menu, centralizes all your notifications. It keeps you updated on appointment requests, confirmations, and cancellations. Organization members can also view notifications pertaining to record sharing, transfers, and collaborative spaces. Everything is centralized in one place to make communication management smoother and more efficient.

Filters for records and progress notes

Improvement

Managing records and progress notes is now easier with new filtering options. You can sort records by status or opening date, while organization members can also filter by record type. For progress notes, filters are available for status, type, and creation date. Organization members can additionally filter notes by their owner for more precise tracking.

Improved record transfer

Improvement

The record transfer feature has been enhanced to offer greater flexibility. Practitioners and coordinators can now transfer only the necessary sections of a record by selecting specific items to include, such as progress notes, general documents, and confidential information.

Updated work schedule flexibility

Improvement

Work schedule management has been improved to provide greater flexibility! Users can now add multiple availability slots in a single day. This feature allows you to block out specific periods of unavailability and create a personalized schedule that better accommodates your work needs.

Enhanced flexibility for appointment reminders

Improvement

Based on user feedback, we’ve added a new option to the client communication settings. You can now schedule appointment reminders to be sent 24, 48, or 72 hours before the appointment date. This flexibility allows you to better align communications with your clients' preferences while reducing the risk of missed appointments.

Addition of filters for progress notes

Improvement

You can now use filters to manage your progress notes more effectively. You can filter notes by service episode or choose to view only drafts, pinned notes, or confidential notes. When printing, only notes that match your filters will be included.

For members of group organizations, the "intervention lead" filter allows you to see all the notes in a shared record or just your own interventions.

Confidential or partially confidential records

New

We’ve introduced new features that let you manage both confidential and institutional information within a single record. For group organizations, you can now easily distinguish between interventions related to confidential and institutional mandates within the same record. Additionally, users can mark an entire record as confidential using the "Mark as Confidential" option in the left-hand menu. This makes it easier to identify confidential records on the active records page.

Addition of the coordinator role

New

The coordinator role is now available in Psylio and can be added by the group organization's administrator. This role aims to optimize record management within group organizations. The coordinator supervises a team of professionals and transfers records between practitioner as needed. This saves time and minimizes service interruptions for clients.

Confidential notes

New

It is now possible to mark progress notes as confidential. This allows professionals to enhance the confidentiality of sensitive data within client records. Confidential notes are automatically hidden when printing or saving all notes in a record as a PDF, as well as when sharing or transferring a record.

Memo and tasks

New

The new Memo and tasks section in the record overview allows you to note important elements and create specific task lists for each client. These notes and tasks are private and will not be visible to your client or colleagues when you share records.
